My configuration is equal to the RECOMMENDED SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (some even higher) and yet it doesn’t work that good, actually i don’t remember a NFS that worked so bad on any of my computers.

it’s obviously that it’s a software problem, either in the game, or in your OS

I’m playing, w/ 8600 GT @ 256, core 2 duo @ 2 GHz and 4 GB RAM, on the highest settings available, 1024×768 screen size.. Last installation of OS was like one year ago.

all of the above configurations are weaker than the minimum one. I guess that you won’t be able to play the game, but you may try

With an Intel media accelerator X3100 (GMA965), you will be able to run the game but you’ll have to make major sacrifices in the visual quality of the game to make it playable. Plus, your processor is a Dual-Core, NOT a Core 2 Duo, check it, its sufficient to run the game though. and for the above person, 1GB RAM will suffice unless your machine is running windows VISTA, there is no where in hell this game can ever utilize more than 1GB of RAM (Keeping in mind the fact that you MUST have some dedicated V-RAM for you GPU as well)
