Ce este bounce rate?

Pana sa-mi dau seama ca sunt un google idiot ma tot intrebam ce este bounce rate-ul, cu ce se mananca el, de ce e important, sau de ce e asa important pentru advertiseri. Well Wikipedia spune ca e:

Bounce Rate (sometimes confused with Exit Rate) is a term used in web site traffic analysis. It essentially represents the average percentage of initial visitors to a site who “bounce” away to a different site, rather than continue on to other pages within the same site.

Trebuie sa-mi fac un crez de genul Google is your friend.

:))) ehhh, si eu recent am invatat ce inseamna bounce rate, de la cineva care mai stie niste chestii prin google :P
