Incalzire globala sau simpla primavara

La p-ta Unii ploaie torentiala de 10 minute. 200 de metri mai sus, la p-ta Universitatii, dupa 2 minute, totul uscat, oarecum senin. Acum 2 saptmani erau 27 de grade in Bucuresti, ieri au fost 8-9 pe dupa-amiaza. Spre ce ne indreptam? Vara iarna si iarna vara? Iarna tot timpul? Vara tot timpul?
